These terms apply when you book a training program, attend a workshop, or use the Cultured Canines of Tampa website. Booking a service means you accept them.

Services

Cultured Canines of Tampa provides positive reinforcement dog training in clients' homes and in real-world community settings across the Tampa Bay area. We do not operate a training facility and we do not offer boarding. Training is delivered personally by Heide Maglott.

Consultations and booking

Programs begin with a complimentary phone consultation. Scheduling is handled through our booking system, and program availability is confirmed at the time of booking. Program structure and pricing are quoted per package based on your dog and household.

Vaccinations and health

Proof of current veterinary vaccinations is required before in-person training begins. Please tell us about any medical condition, injury, or history that may affect your dog's participation. If your dog is unwell on the day of a session, contact us to reschedule.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule. Specific notice periods and any applicable fees are set out in your program agreement at the time of booking.

Results

Training outcomes depend on consistent practice between sessions, the individual dog, and the household. We cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes or timelines. We will always tell you honestly whether we believe we can help.

Any products mentioned on this site are educational suggestions only. Every dog, family, and home is different — research each product and decide whether it suits your dog's age, size, temperament, health, and needs before buying.
