Heide Maglott is a certified AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Evaluator, a certified AKC Temperament Test (ATT) Judge, a Mentor Trainer for Animal Behavior College (ABC), and a proud member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers (APDT). With over 26 years of experience working with dogs, Heide is deeply committed to Positive Reinforcement Training, also known as Force-Free Training—a kind, science-based approach that builds trust, confidence, and lifelong results without the use of pain, fear, or intimidation.
Her training philosophy is rooted in the belief that dogs thrive when they feel safe, understood, and supported. For Heide, No Pain. No Force. No Fear. isn’t just a training approach—it’s a promise she lives by every day.
Every training plan Heide creates is completely customized to meet the specific needs of both the dog and the owner. Programs start at 4 weeks, with one 60-minute session per week, and are designed to address real-world challenges like leash reactivity, puppy foundations, barking, jumping, impulse control, fear, anxiety, and more. Her mission is to bring harmony, confidence, and understanding to every home she works with.
Whether she’s helping a shy puppy gain confidence or guiding a reactive dog through busy public spaces, Heide’s goal is always the same: to help people and their dogs thrive together. There is nothing more fulfilling to her than seeing a once-stressed dog learn to relax, connect, and enjoy life—right alongside the people who love them.
You CAN live the life you’ve always dreamed of with your dog—and Heide is here to help you get there.
