Here is a little bit about me and how and why I do what I do.....
My love of pets is why I became a professional pet trainer and my goal is offer my clients several training options all while utilizing strictly No Pain, No Force and No Fear methods and creating happy homes with lots of love and polite dogs. The abundance of scientific evidence proving that Positive Reinforcement AKA Force Free training works and understanding the benefits for not only the pet but the owners too is why I CHOOSE to only use methods that are No Pain, No Force, No Fear.
I started my current business as a fulltime Dog Walking/Pet Sitting Service in north central Ohio while also working as a pet dog trainer. After hearing how many of my clients state that they wish they had help with their dogs behavior or even just some basic obedience training whether it was with their new puppy or with their dog that has bad manners like jumping, barking and play biting that I decided to make Training my primary focus and officially become a business.
I am located in Hillsborough County, Florida. The very beginning my official business journey all started with a few people I already knew who were curious about my prior dog training work and my dog walking services. Then it grew to pet sitting. And then....I knew I found my special something! Full Time Dog Training!!
I am a certified AKC CGC Evaluator (Canine Good Citizen) and a certified AKC ATT Judge (Temperament Test). I have over 23 years experience working with dogs and my training methods are strictly Positive Reinforcement Training or also know as Force Free. No Pain, No Force, No Fear are words that I live by each day. Getting to share this extremely successful method of pet dog training with my clients is the most fulfilling work I have ever done.
Cultured Canines of Tampa was formed from my love of pets and the desire to help pet parents have the pet they have always dreamed about and making their family complete. Everyday I wake up and feel excited to get to work.
